Today, friends of all ages gathered at the Lived Experiences Community Center for an arts and crafts devotional and community potluck—an uplifting space where creativity, reflection, and fellowship naturally came together.

Around shared tables, children, youth, and adults sat side by side, working with markers, stencils, paper, and colors. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, allowing conversation to flow easily as hands stayed busy creating. There was no right or wrong outcome—only the joy of expression and the quiet encouragement that comes from creating together.

Interwoven with the creative activity were moments of devotional reflection. Short readings and shared thoughts invited everyone to pause, reflect, and reconnect with qualities such as love, unity, gratitude, and hope. These moments felt gentle and inclusive, offering space for stillness while honoring the diversity of experience present in the room.

The community potluck added another layer of warmth to the gathering. Coffee, pan dulce, pastries, fruit, and shared snacks were offered with generosity, turning the table into a place of hospitality and connection. People lingered, checked in with one another, and shared stories—small but meaningful acts that strengthen the fabric of community.

What stood out most was the spirit of togetherness. Across generations, people listened, helped one another, and created side by side. The space reflected what community can look like when everyone feels welcome—simple, joyful, and rooted in care.
Gatherings like this remind us that devotional life and community building are not separate from everyday moments. They are expressed through creativity, shared meals, conversation, and the willingness to show up for one another.

We are grateful for the opportunity to gather today and for the continued partnership and hospitality of the Lived Experiences Community Center. We look forward to many more moments like these—where art, reflection, and community life continue to grow together.
