There’s something special that happens when people come together around a table. Conversations flow, laughter fills the room, and strangers quickly become friends. That spirit was alive and well at our recent Food, Fun, and Fellowship gathering at the Lived Experiences Community Center.

Community members of all ages joined us to share a meal, enjoy music, and participate in a lively game of bingo. The room was filled with smiles, friendly competition, and meaningful conversations. Some came to relax and socialize, others came to reconnect with familiar faces, and many simply came to enjoy being part of a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.

The highlight of the afternoon was our bingo game, which brought energy and excitement to the room. Participants encouraged one another, celebrated small wins, and shared plenty of laughs along the way. It was more than just a game—it was an opportunity to build relationships and create joyful memories together.

Events like this remind us that community is not built through programs alone, but through shared experiences. A warm meal, a friendly conversation, and a few moments of fun can strengthen bonds and help people feel seen, valued, and connected.

We are grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make the gathering possible. Together, we continue to create spaces where people can grow, connect, and support one another.

We look forward to the next opportunity to come together for more food, fun, and fellowship.
