This morning, the Lived Experiences community center in Oceanside was filled with excitement and generosity as they hosted their Backpack and School Supplies Drive. Families from across the community gathered early to ensure their children were ready for the new school year, receiving free backpacks stocked with essential school supplies. The event, held in partnership with local supporters, aimed to ease the financial burden on families while uplifting and uniting the community.
In addition to school supplies, attendees enjoyed free haircuts from volunteer barbers and stylists, making sure students could start the school year looking and feeling their best.
